Who flies the most, and who flies twice in a row?

Each row is a club's season; a dot is a game played outside the club's own state, labelled with the state it travels to. A line joining two dots means two trips in consecutive rounds. An open ring means the venue's state is not recorded. Below, the ring shows which states the trips run between: the wider the ribbon, the more trips. It is a diagram, not a map; no distances are recorded.
